Ord. No. 885-12-2000, § 2, adopted Dec. 19, 2000, repealed §§ 19-1 and 19-2, which pertained to reporting water leaks, waste of water and violations of this chapter and to a water resource board. Such sections were derived from Ord. No. 673-3-96, § 2, adopted Mar. 5, 1996.
