Former § 15-2 was deleted, inasmuch as Ord. No. 456-9-90, Pt. 3, § E, adopted Sept. 4, 1990, provided that, upon adoption of the ordinance, the subdivision regulations enacted. Jan. 15, 1974, and continued in effect pursuant to § 15-2; were repealed. Former § 15-2 derived from Code 1970, § 31-1.
