§ 9-4. Domino and pool tables.

(a)

On September first of each year there shall be paid the sum of five dollars ($5.00) per table for each domino table and pool table in use within the city where used in conjunction with recreation or sporting clubs.

(b)

The city manager or his designee shall issue a license receipt for such domino table or pool table and the same shall be attached thereto or posted in the recreation or sporting club in which such table is in use.

(c)

The chief of police shall from time to time inspect all recreation or sporting clubs within the city to determine that all licenses are properly displayed.
