§ 7-7. Unlawful dispensing of flammable liquids.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits of the city to dispense from any mobile service unit, vehicle, tank truck, or other mobile device any flammable liquid used as motor fuel, as an act of retail sale, into the fuel tank of any motor vehicle parked on any public street.
