§ 7-4. Hindering fire fighters; injuring fire apparatus.

It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully resist or offer any hinderance to any officer in the discharge of his duty at a fire or to conduct himself in a noisy or disorderly manner or to wilfully deface or otherwise injure any implement or apparatus provided and used for the extinguishment of any fire.
