§ 4-40. Purpose and scope.

The rules and regulations of Gainesville Municipal Airport are enacted for the purpose of protecting the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in insuring the orderly and efficient operation of the airport for the benefit of the citizens of said city and of the aviation public. The rules and regulations herein contained shall govern the conduct of all persons and activities and the operation of aircraft and motor vehicles at Gainesville Municipal Airport, unless exceptions thereto are specifically provided by law.
