The board shall meet at least once every sixty (60) days or at the call of the chairperson
or by not less than three (3) board members in good standing. Meetings shall be held
at the Gainesville Municipal Airport, unless notice of a change of the meeting place
is posted in compliance with the requirements of V.T.C.A., Government Code § 551.043.
Meetings shall be open to the public, as required by V.T.C.A., Government Code § 551.001,
et seq., and minutes shall be filed with the city secretary and shall be treated as
public records.
