§ 2-34. Oath of office.

Latest version.

All officers of the city, before entering upon the duties of their office, shall take and subscribe, in addition to the oaths that may otherwise be prescribed by ordinance, the oath of office as prescribed by the state constitution before some officer authorized to administer the same.
