§ 2-8. Authorization of city manager to execute documents.

The city manager shall be authorized to execute on behalf of the city:

(1)

A release of lien, when the lien has been paid in full, or has been shown not to be legally authorized or valid;

(2)

A release of lis pendens when the action giving rise to the filing is no longer pending;

(3)

A contract or agreement which, under the terms of this Code may be completed without specific city council action;

(4)

Any document that is approved by the city council for execution by the city manager.
