§ 15-4. Same—Application fees for zone change or specific use permit request.

Fees for zone changes and specific use permits are approved annually by the city council. A copy of the adopted fee schedule is posted on the city's official website and is on file in the office of the city secretary and with the community services director. Fee schedules are available for public inspection during regular business hours.

(1)

Request for zone change. A fee for an application for request of zone change in the city is hereby established.

(2)

Request for specific use permit. A fee for an application for request of a specific use permit in the city is hereby established.

(3)

Penalties for applications withdrawn.

a.

Any application, withdrawn prior to the public hearing held by the planning and zoning commission may request a refund subject to a penalty.

b.

Any application for request of zone change withdrawn after the public hearing held by the planning and zoning commission but prior to the public hearing held by the city council may request a refund subject to a penalty.

c.

Any application for request of a specific use permit withdrawn after the public hearing held by the planning and zoning commission prior to the public hearing held by the city council may request a refund subject to a penalty.
