§ 13-37. Penalty.
(a)
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day a violation continues after passage of seventy-five (75) days from the date of the filing of the initial complaint with the city shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
(b)
Any person violating any provision of this article may be enjoined by suit filed by the city in a court of competent jurisdiction, and this remedy is in addition to any other penalty provision.
