§ 12-7. Seal.

Latest version.

The municipal court shall have a seal having engraved thereon a star of five (5) points in the center and the words, "Municipal Court of Gainesville, Texas." The impress of the seal shall be attached to all papers except subpoenas issued out of the court and shall be used to authenticate the official acts of the clerk and of the recorder.
